Established in 2017 and headquartered in Monterrey, Mexico, with a satellite office in Mexico City. As part of Capital Real Estate Partners, CAPX is a private equity multifamily real estate investment vehicle. Our portfolio comprises diverse assets across the United States.

We have selected the best Strategic Operating Partners in the business, each with its own expertise and investment strategy.
